Tough loss for Braxton.  He was up 2-0 and on top in the middle of the third, but Foy got a penalty point and then escape sending it to SV.  What was the penalty?

Illegal move. He had Foy's ankle in his armpit, and stepped across for an inside trip. I don't think I've ever seen that called before.
