Just wanted to share with those that follow racing, an article that is very truthful, and accurate, for those that race, and what we deal with in our minds, and bodies, every time we go out.

Good read. Answers a lot of questions for those that do not follow this sport.

The one that  gets me the most is Mark Donahue, as he was able to get out of his car and communicate with everyone. Our sport, and Medical abilities, have come so far.

very good article of explanation. It is still one of the safest sports when you think of the many drivers and races but in the last few weeks it has not been. I pray for safety.

Really sad to hear of Scott S losing his life at Beaver Dam this weekend. Our thoughts and pray goes out to the LORD for the family, friends, track and series officials and competitors. May God comfort them in the way that only He can and may He give them strength at this time of great loss.
