2023 Evansville Friday FRECO Challenge
Freestyle and Greco Tournament
Location: Evansville High School, 640 South 5th Street, Evansville, WI
Date: Friday, April 7, 2023
Times:
• Check in by 4:00pm for Greco wrestlers with wrestling starting at 4:30pm
• Freestyle only wrestlers check in by 5:30pm with wrestling to follow Greco wrestling
Entry Fee: $25.00 per style or $40.00 for both styles
Freestyle & Greco Divisions Boys and Girls:
• 10u (2013-2015)
• 12u (2011-2012)
• 14u (2009-2010)
• 16u (2007-2008)
• Junior (born 9/1/2003 & after, must be grades 9-12)
Format: 5-wrestler round robin (as available)
Match Times: All divisions are two 2-minute periods, except Juniors are two 3-minute periods
Awards: Medals for top 3
Registration: Trackwrestling.com; registration ends Thursday, April 6 at 5:00pm; USA card required
Weigh-Ins Process:
• Enter wrester's weight on Trackwreslting.com during online registration
• Wrester's weight must be verified by a club representative, wrestling coach or school athletic director
• Complete the weigh in and verification between April 5, 5:00pm and April 6, 5:00pm
• Verifier must email wrestler's name & weight to michael.olson12@yahoo.com by April 6, 5:00pm
• Random weight checks maybe conducted at the discretion of the tournament director
