Having some trouble following the coverage ... not always following listings.
Not a G-R or Free aficionado - but based on Smith's comments ... officiating seems to be less than Olympic quality - way too much opinion oriented impact on matches ... wrestlers should dictate outcomes.

9:00 PM central go to NBColympics.com or for me 624 on Directv. Repechege from the day before (tonight Gilman for example), first rounds, then second round wrapping up around 11pm.
next you have to time this right or hope your wrestler makes it through...
4:30 am Same channels/website Semifinals
follow usa wrestling on twitter to get more precise timing, ie on deck or up 7th, then you can sleep more :)
~6:30 am -8:00 medals matches, usually 9 in total (two bronze and a gold per wt class and there have been 3 wt classes each day)
