Winneconne Youth Wrestling Club Coach(s)
We are looking to create a coaching team for the 2018/2019 season that can ensure a consistent structured practice format is followed from the first practice of the year until the State tournament is wrapped up.
In the past 8 years, our club has utilized 2 main coaches and many assistants and helpers who have stepped in along the way. Although this is our preferred way of coaching our kids, we would be willing to create a conglomerate of coaches who can step up, work as a team, and ensure the wrestling room, tournaments, and dual meets have structure consistently throughout the season.
We emphasize "consistent" because we have found that kids learn and retain taught techniques throughout the year better, when practices, tournaments, and dual meets are approached consistently all year.
We would like our coach(s) to present dedication, knowledge of wrestling, and a hard work attitude to give our young Wolves the opportunities to achieve all of their goals and enjoy this great sport.
