Being new to the conference, I am curious why there is not a conference tournament for the Bay???
Most of these schools see each other several times throughout the year and then again in the postseason. Just this past Saturday was the Pulaski Invite and 6 teams there were in the Bay Conference last year, 5 this year with Hortonville moving. Most coaches don't see a reason to wrestle each other one more time and would probably enjoy a Saturday off from competition before regionals.
So without a conference tournament, how are all-conference honors determined?
By individual records in conference dual meets. 7 or 8 wins and no losses is first team, 6 or 7 wins and one loss is second team. The numbers may have changed, but it is somewhere around there. Possibly a 6-2 record could be second team, not positive.
