Title: Bluffs' studs
Post by: bigG on September 09, 2013, 05:25:25 PM
Who's gonna make some noise this year?

Cashton has a nice team; but missing some beef from last year. Still I think with our freshmen(Dylan Campton is tough), we'll be a good dual team.

I like our bookends; but the middle will tell the story for Cashton.

I know NL will have some power, and Brookwood had decent numbers last year. Royall is always a Royall pain in the ...neck for us.

I like dat Lunde kid, even though his old man's a dated relic.  ;)

Looks like this will be quite the conference tournament this year....tons of returning talent.  Cashton(9), Weston-Ithaca(11), New Lisbon(11), Brookwood(11) and Royall(10).  Thats 52 out of 70 varsity wrestlers returning for the top 5 teams and should lead to a great dual season and tournament.

That's why I'm surprised there's not more Banter. Bow hunting always keeps these folks at bay.

Cashton's got it's work cut out for them (us). Got faith in my boys, though. Nice young crew we've got. Love 'em to death.

I just hope my smaller guys can eat enough to cover the first two spots. :) Maybe I outta be cookin' instead of helpin' out.

New Lisbon gonna be tough this year. W-I always; but NL has a nice lookin' team and should be able to fill the spots.

Nice win by NL over Cashton. Hope to bite you guys in the tail later on.

Even though we've always met mean on the mat; I always liked Brian S's coaching style. Good man.

I know some of you NL fans are out there. Brookwood? No Love? Da Hills are alive!! Necedah used to just try to egg us on. Come on wrestling people.

Am I just talking to my pal, Bob, here?!? ???

Where's Bighouse when you need him?

Ok G, here you go. Dual champs Brookwood or New Lisbon, maybe even a tie, which would include Cashton.

Conference tournament I will go with Ithaca/Weston.

I/W, when there full lineup is there looks pretty dang tough.

NL should thump Brookwood. Nothing against my neighbors over there; but I don't see them beating your goldang Rockets.

132 and 170 finals both decided in SV-1.  Marten from Brookwood won at 132, and Schmitz from Cashton won at 170.
