Has anyone ever used the Z wrestling mindset program? Thoughts on it? How helpful and is it worth the money?
yes, used it for our son, worth every penny spent on it. Want to make sure you get the right coach - but it really can be a game changer for your son or daughter.
We have used it at Wrightstown for a while now. Love it. Kids can use it for wrestling and life.
