Black bean and corn salad

Stolen from Rachel Ray. She just seem genuine. Not that original all the time; but genuine.

1 can blackbeans, drained and RINSED(you don't want the thin film on your beans).
1 package frozen (or even better fresh sweet) corn.
1 bell pepper (red is great here)
juice of 1 lime
fresh ground chili power (either grind your own or buy Mi Costenita or something that is real)

salt n peppah ( use good salt and the difference is amazing)

2T olive oil

Mix
Voila!

If making it for me I would use 1t chile piquin ground. For older folks I use ground anchos (1T).

Or just dump some ketchup in there. :) I should correct my big "T". 1 Teaspoon (t)of ancho or piquin ground chile powder.
