Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break.  Conference teams had some good holiday tournament performances and hope everyone came out healthy.

Ellsworth is at the Clash duals Friday and Saturday

SCC is at the Blue Jay Challenge Tournament in Merrill on Saturday

Prescott goes to Cadott Saturday for their Invite

Amery, Osceola, Somerset and New Richmond are at New Richmond's home Invite on Saturday.

amery and osceola should be a really good dual. both teams have some studs to contend with and it will be interesting how this dual plays out.

Can anyone tell me what is the deal is with Jon Cain from Ellsworth?  He seems like a very strong wrestler. He has dominated in many matches I have seen posted on Track, but is only sporadically in the line up.  Following from out of state, just curious.

Been injured, just getting back recently.  He is tough and if can stay healthy will be a tough match for anyone.
