If you are familiar with La Crosse you may enjoy some of this history on buildings you remember, but were replaced/demolished.

I remember a number of them, especially Mr. D's Donuts and a few others.

I am in a bit of shock that weissbier was a hot item in the past. I despise most wheat brews and thought they were just a current, and passing, fad.
