my first 3 weeks of walking back have been
25 miles, 27 & 29
It has been a good summer for walking not too hot or wet. This week the temps may go up and I hate hot weather for walking. It could slow me down a little.

This weeks heat and starting school, not a lot of motivation.

Getting back into the routine of walking the dog 1 mile as soon as I wake up. Then off to school.

Last week was my worst week of walking. 15 miles. Inservice, hot weather caused low motivation. Walked 5 miles today so I'm hoping to get back on track . The good thing is I didn't miss any days, just had a few days of only a mile. I don't think I can beat my 350 miles in 94 days.

Man, you are good... I get a mile in (not making it enough of a priority) and I am all happy... or at least feel like I did the minimum anyhow...

Heard about that this afternoon.  Just saw on a blurb for the news, they are coming here for some reason that is connected to our police department.  Not sure about it at all... Surprisingly I was not in the loop on this. 8)

1.0 miles Saturday (+ 45 minutes of group biking at YMCA)
0.0 miles Sunday (rested my sore legs... aaargh)
3.5 miles Monday hiking in wetlands/woods with my dog.
