Looks like there will be a lot of tough matchups.

133 - Graff will get a rematch against Colon...hope he can change the results. Baring any upsets, he will have to beat Colon, Schopp, and Ramos to win it..talk about a tough road.
141 - Thielke has a rough draw right away.  Hope the results start to change for him.
149 - Crone, Lubeck and Ruschell are all wrestling  here.  Crone has grown that much?
157 - Isaac could see Destin McCauley early on (assuming Destin beats Zac Brunson).
184 - Robertson is wrestling.  Hope to see him do well.
285 - Medberry gets Felix early on.  Hope he can beat him this time around.

Is Seth Liegel hurt?  I would have guessed he would have been more competitive against this level of competition than Crone wrestling at 149.

what a great test to see where this team really sits.  should be fun.

I think these anticipated match-ups might have come from a preliminary version of the brackets, as the current one (accessed through the link provided above)  shows something different in some situations. For example, Medberry and Felix could only meet in the quarter-finals (third round) if they both keep winning; Jordan and McCauley are in different half-brackets; Theilke actually has to win a match (no sure thing) before he would bump into the number 2 seed, etc.
Merely having an opinion doesn't necessarily make it a good one

Rylan with a 1st round win 4-3

Scott with a huge comeback (3 takedowns in last 30 seconds) to take it to overtime. Gets the 9-7 win with the TD in overtime. Nice.

Nearly 100% sure those brackets are incorrect. Saw a lot of different matchups at 125. I don't think Taylor had a first round match - if he did it must have ended quick. Graff dominated something like 21-7. Qui toga and Ramos going at it right now.

Actually he must've been in the back room. There are 2 mats back there.

Drew - are you at the tourney?  Thanks for the updates.  Keep em coming.

Taylor isn't wrestling this weekend.

Crone loses on a questionable call in OT at 149 against Sorenson of IA. Crone was a last second add, which is why he is at 149 instead of 141. What a duckunder he has.

Ruschell lost 4-2. Jesse got a big major. Lubeck up now.
