The Eau Claire North Husky Invitational is being live streamed on Trackwrestling's Trackcast this Saturday.  23 teams, including the runner-up in the MN state tournament (Division A) last year Zumbrota-Mazeppa H.S.

The Eau Claire North Husky Invite 2015 is currently live on all mats.  This years event is not only streaming all mats live, but also recording every match with links to the video right on the brackets.  Action is scheduled to start @ 10:00 a.m.  You can follow this event using the following link:

Some highlights from the WI kids in the tournament include: 113 Mason Phillips EC North with a dominating performance and a force to be reckoned with the rest of the year. 126 Tate Murty Cochrane-Fountain City looked really good with a pin in the finals. 132 Jordan Sarver Nekoosa and 138 Jaden Van Maanen LAX both highly ranked wrestlers for good reason and looked dominant throughout the day earning championships. 145 provided one of the more exciting matches of the tournament with two undefeated wrestlers battling a close match. Brady Simonson Bloomer/Colfax and Maverick Jackson MN battled with Jackson getting a last second fall.  152 Trevor Turriff De Pere and 160 Kyle Lehman Ladysmith both looked solid with convincing wins in the finals. 170 was a battle of two ranked wrestlers with Connor Williams LAX defeating Alex Peplinski Wittenberg-Birnamwood in an exciting match. 182 matched two undefeated wrestlers with Ross Kennelly Superior toughing out a 3-2 win over a strong MN kid.  195 was the August Peplinski show as the #1 ranked wrestler earned 4 first period pins.  HWT ended the exciting evening with Jack Carruth EC North and Andrew Whelan EC Memorial keeping the Eau Claire fans around until the end with Carruth earning the victory while looking impressive and staying undefeated on the year.
