Ben is the head coach of the BRTC.  Things are looking up!

Holy S—-!!!!  The State of Wisconsin Wrestling is on a roll!

Congratulations Ben!

If so, that is great news!! Best of both worlds.  Bono and Ben.

Ben is juggling a lot of interests (AWA, MMA, and now BRTC).  Selfishly I wish it would just be AWA from a business standpoint and BRTC as his main focus.

Congrats Ben! Congrats BRTC, and congrats to everyone that wanted Ben onboard.

Is Tyler Turner going to stay on?

Sounds like Tyler is still the Executive Director and Ben is the Head Coach.

Flo has an article with a quote from Tyler.

This is huge. I always thought this could be an option (assuming Ben was interested) as it would still alow him the flexibility to do his other interests.  I am sure his commitment will not be close to 40 hours a week and it doesn't need to be.

To have Bono, Reader, McDounough, and Askren as coaches is incredible.

With how critical funding and promoting the sport currently is, the combination of Bono and Askren is as good as it gets.

Wow! What a great time to be a Badger! Welcome and thank you Ben!

It will be very difficult for a recruit to pass up this coaching staff.

Not many coaching staffs in the nation better than this!

Heading in the right direction great news for Wisconsin Wrestling and the entire state.

Wow. Just wow.

This off-season couldn't have gone better for the UW program. AWA also can exist without changes. Everyone wins.
As long as we are keeping score, I've got something to prove

This is great on so many levels from: better training partners, to recruiting, to improving quality of wrestling in the state.   Seal the borders and improve the talent within.  Can't wait to see a packed Field House.  I guess we know what Ben thinks of Coach Bono and his staff.

Congrats to everyone involved.  Still want my spring and summer, but very enthusiastic about the future.

Does that mean the cross is staying? Hopefully Ben can get rid of that.

If you want the cross redesigned, we could start a collection plate for a new cross  :)

Happy Sunday!

High times in Madison. Who woulda thunk a few weeks ago, we were just happy to see a change. Looks like BA has done his research as had Mr. Bono. Can't remember the last time I was so jacked for Badger wrestling.
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.
