Well what are making;

Brats boring yes but always a delicious football tailgate food.

Mango jalopeno guacamole.

Roast peppers then dice them up. Fry them in oil till the skin blisters.
Dice up fresh cilantro, red onion (easy here 1/4 is all you need), fresh mango.
Avocados smashed up the  squeez fresh lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix it all up serve with your favorite chips.

Stuffed mushrooms.

Boiled shrimp with cocktail sauce.

It our party we had two different kind of meat balls.  BBQ and Italian.

Someone made cheesesteak rolls.  Another made mini burritos.  And another made Indian kabobs.

It was good food and even better friends!

I just made a mess of ribs.
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.

Houndhead

Ham/pickle roll-ups, pigs in a blanket, cheese burger warm dip, cream cheese/ shrimp cocktail dip, salsa, chips, cold Blue Moon with a slice of orange.

Ghetto

Quesadillas from leftover Coerper's steaks.
As long as we are keeping score, I've got something to prove

Absolutely love ham and pickle roll ups. My beer of choice was a Wasatch Devestator double bock.

Went to our son's new place for Superbowl.  His wife made all kinds of great stuff, including a great pulled pork.  She basically had everything covered (including the countertops), so she said we should just bring ourselves.  We hate to show up empty-handed, so we brought a couple dozen donuts from Kwik Trip.  The grandkids went bonkers over them.   :D
None are so hopelessly enslaved, as those who falsely believe they are free. The truth has been kept from the depth of their minds by masters who rule them with lies. -Johann Von Goethe

Some days it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints!

Haha. That does sound good. Not sure you call it a quesadilla then. Just delicious.

If KFC can call a piece of grilled chicken between two pieces of fried chicken a sandwich then sure you can!
