Is this the previous pre season state?  I can't finds any sort of a flyer for this tournament, just a place to register on track.  Any help would be appreciated.  Please and Thank you!

It is the same tournament as the Trackwrestling Preseason Nationals that has been there, but just a different name.

Appropriately so, because "Preseason Nationals" is a bit misleading.
