Here's a FREE download of the children's book "Wrestling - A Boy's First Book" which is a kid's book aimed at providing an understanding of the fundamentals of amateur wrestling. It is designed to be read to children who are less than eight years of age by an adult.  Stumbled upon it today looking for a children's book for my kids.

Awesome post! A good book to get in the hands of young kids to expose them to wrestling! I will be using this book for sure!
