I was just reading a Penn State forum in which they were complaining their AD was...handcuffing them(for lack of a better word) by creating a more stringent set of rules regarding NIL. For instance, no multi-year NIL deals.

This was Penn State Wrestling fans...complaining about their disadvantages regarding NILs with regard to their Wrestling program.
Now I'm not sure exactly what this means, but the AD Sandy Barbour just retired. But I was just thinking, the thing Penn State really needs? They need another edge in the sport of Wrestling to even out that playing field!
