I would love to see this matchup.
Does anyone know if they will be wrestling the post season nationals or anywhere else they might meet?
You could pay to watch it from last years state tournament on trackwrestling. Koltin stopped Anderson 9-8 in a pretty thrilling match.
Yes, I did see that one but Anderson was injured in that match.
Would be fun to see those two at their best now.
Guess we will see if they both wrestle any post season tournaments and what weights.
Injured, hey?? Now you have to make up how he was injured...
His Dad/coach said he incurred a concussion during the match in another thread.
However, guillotine you can't go on one thread complaining about people making excuses diminishing Anderson's state championship and then start a new thread and in the third post do the exact thing to another wrestler.
I didn't see any instance in the match where he may have sustained a concussion, but I may have missed it.
But, if Anderson thought he was better than Koltin, I don't see why he cut down to 106 this year.
Ryan Anderson is a very good wrestler who deserves the 106lb crown, and probably would have won the match even if the his match was stopped Saturday night for a controversial hold that Crass pointed out.
I don't wish to throw dirt on Anderson, he's a well deserving two time state champ.
Alrighty, Sir.
Why did Anderson wrestle the next match?? Show me where he sustained a concussion.

It would appear you didn't watch the match. Controversial move? That's funny!
I don't have anything against Anderson, he's a great young man.
But, if you had wanted Anderson to wrestle Grzybowski, you should have informed him that he should have stayed at 113 instead of cutting way down to 106 again.

I am pretty sure the person stating wish they would like to see them wrestle has no connection to either wrestler.

By your comments you suggest you know Anderson personally.
I also apologize if my injury comment sounded like I was making excuses, the Andersons certainly don't need me to be doing that.
As far as Anderson wrestling 106, he would have been an undersized 113 weight wise.
And from what I understood Grzybowski wrestled 106 earlier in the year and Anderson went to 106 thinking that both Grzybowski and Drexler would be at 106. 106 was his plan from the beginning no matter who was there.
Didn't mean to turn this into another bash Anderson thread, I was just being selfish wanting to see if there were any post season matchup possibilities.
And apparently you're a big fan of one of Anderson's favorite moves. ;)
Used it a few times myself back in the day.
Even if it is illigle it sure does work.🙄🙄🙄
Ain't illigle unless he gets busted doing it. ;D
Ya ya 🙄
Contrasting Styles that's for sure. Ones a takedown artist and the other is an excellent rider. I would go Gryzbowski though, he would push the issue on the feet and win by a couple takedowns. Anderson would have to keep him on the mat somehow and idk if he'd be able to keep the match on the ground. It would be fun to see again!
That is true but last year Anderson took him down twice in the first period and was up 4-1.
Grzybowski is relentless on his feet though, just keeps attacking and never gets tired.
