What 'exact' official time of day does the hunt begin today... and what date/time does it officially end?

Thanks... I think! Well...hmmmm.... that was as clear as mud!    Downloaded... paged down... snooped around. 
So now I ask, what 'exact' official time of day does the hunt begin today... and what date/time does it officially end if I am in Dodge County... Zone B evidently... ?

tom what you need to do is use festers rule of thumb...it will take me a while to get these rules on paper...

Tom, DNR has said that you may legally fire your weapon at 30 minutes before sunrise and 20 minutes after sunset.  Of course East to West across the State of Wisconsin, that number changes.  So Zone A has a 6:24 am opener tomorrow.

Zone B is +4 minutes, so tomorrow the 23rd... legal shooting light is 6:24  + 4 to make it 6:30 am.

I live in + 12 so I can't shoot before 6:36 tomorrow morning.

most of my best kills its so dark out so I use the fire of the gun to see what kind of damage I cause

if you want to hunt at night take little guy with...if the moon is out it reflects so much light it isn't fair for the monster bucks...
