HOT DANG! Italian beefwiches

If you have a thing for this sandwich, you gotta try these. Spicey as all gitup, but the samich/jus combo is addictive.

My mommy gave me this recipe. I thought it might lack the kick I desire. Oh no, got some pop!!

4 lbs. beef roast
1 16 oz. jar peperoncini  peppers
10 cloves garlic
Beef stock (8-10 cups)
2 green bell peppers
2 T black pepper
EZ beans
Throw this whole deal into a pot, cover with aluminum foil, start it out at 400 (first 45 min.-hour) then bring it down to 200 for about four more hours.
Note: When I say 1 16 jar of peperoncinis, I mean the whole jar, liquid and all.
Find some crusty buns, and you can either soak the whole samich into the liquid, or, I like to serve the
