If a wrestler beats another wrestler,  how can they be ranked higher then that wrestler?  With that being said, I would take another look at your D1 113 ranking.

I have been doing ranking for the Badger conference (behind a couple weeks though) and I noticed that also.  I think you are talking about Nilo beating Wilkowski last month.

D1: 113 is stacked!!!!  That will be fun to watch down the stretch.  Classic 8 Conference will be fun.  Goebel, Kuokkanen and Wolbert!!!!

Guessing one of these ends up at 106.

Why do we have to speak in code? What trade secrets are we protecting? Just say which wrestler beat which wrestler.

Is it just Nilo > Wilkowski? You're probably right. In addition to the 1-point win, head-to-head, Wilkowski lost to Reigstad while Nilo beat him.

But, to nitpick one tiny issue (11th instead of 8th) and not even do him the courtesy to letting him know which wrestlers has to be super annoying. I totally get the passive-aggressive response.

Also, Wilkowski beat Stritesky on Saturday.  So #8 beat #10 just 3 days ago.

Wilkowski is also 1&1 against #6 Sam Smith, winning by 3 and losing by 1 in OT (on the same day).

Your right Luke, my bad....Buc65, not sure what you meaning here.  Luke said Nilo beat Wilkowski and Reigstad that Wilkowski also lost too, unless I read it wrong.

the ranking comittee does a very good job at this. tough to rank everyone exactly and it is a thankless job also.

keep up the good work, the kids enjoy it and I would guess many parents also enjoy it seeing their names or childs names in ranking!

thanks for doing this.

Fun to watch... ALWAYS!  But I don't think I'll be surprised by the results.  Some kids wrestle very good competition and others (no fault of their own) don't get that experience.

3   3   Jaren Rohde   Stevens Point   10

Has not wrestled since 12-21, word is he blew his ACL
Still Ranked??

"Word is" certainly doesn't sound like a confirmation from a credible source.  So, hate to beat a dead horse here, BUT......we have not been given any information to corroborate or deny the like via a ranking recommendation request.  If we hear nothing, he will stay where he is until it is seen if he wrestled at Regionals.

Rohde wrestled tonight.

We'll have another change at D1-182 after #8 Stromberg - Muk defeated #3 Polczynski Arrowhead in dual match tonight.  Close one, 10-8 i think.
