Having dealt with the same thing, I can tell you that you need to meet with the AD.  Meeting with a Coach like that is meaningless, they won't change.  It is generally a long and arduous process.  Leaving the School is the easy way out, but if you're determined to make a positive change at YOUR school, talk to the other Parents and have a meeting with the AD to express your concerns.
