And last but not least, Division 3! Just like D2, this one came in somewhat dominant fashion with grasshopper coming out on top by 17 points, topping out at 311. Out of the 367 brackets completed 25 were perfect which comes out to 6.8%, a much higher rate than Divisions 1 and 2. For this being the first year, this had pretty good numbers! There were over 90 full brackets completed (106-HWT) between all three divisions and it would be cool to see the number grow, thanks to everyone who took part in it  ;D

I know the suspense has been building for the last two nights so it's time I can finally start releasing updates! I started with Division 1 since it had the most entries so I wanted to get the busiest work out of the way. It was interesting to see everyone's picks and see patterns within the scores of different weights. There was a lot of information to sort through so the only fun fact I can provide is that out of the (estimated) 588 total brackets filled out only 18 were perfect, which is about 3.06% of the brackets! Eagleball and Houndhead were the highest placewinners to not have a perfect bracket somewhere, placing third and fourth respectively. D2 and D3 coming tonight as well so stay tuned!

Wondering how one would have placed had they prognosticated exactly by the Wisconsin Wrestling Forum rankings?

Looking at it straight up that person would have had twelve champs giving them at least 180 points with just those twelve people. Looking at whoever lost in the finals, if you had the highest ranked person on the other side of the bracket going to the finals that would have given you at least 77 points (Meicher and Fuller both being in the finals gives you 14). Since someone would already have 257 points just from those two factors I would be willing to guess that someone who did this would at least finish in the top 5 with all of the extra points they would be gaining from people outside of those top two in each bracket I mentioned!
