Minimum weight question

Ok, it sounds like trackwrestling is going to turn all consent flags to "Yes" sometime late next week.  Coaches will then have to do what they've always done and get the correct paperwork on file in order for the wrestler to compete at the lower weight.

If this is what happens, the benefit will be tranceparency for coaches, wrestlers, and fans in terms of who can really end up where, and hopefully fewer (or no) situations of confusion where people are at a tournament watching a kid compete at a weight that trackwrestling says he cannot go!

As of this morning, all wrestlers have had their consent forms turned to "Yes."  What you see now on trackwrestling is the actual lowest weight class that athlete may compete. 

Coaches should not have to do anything besides get the paperwork in for their athlete to be at the lower class.
