125: Lambert Dec. Jimenez 3-0 NEB

133: RT Dec. Montoya 3-3 TIE

141: Abidin Dec. Thielke 6-3 NEB  <---- Tossup depending which Thielke shows up

149: Lubeck/Crone Dec. Arthur 6-6 TIE <---- Tossup

157: Green Tech. Donar 11-6 NEB

165: Jordan Fall. Wilson 12-11 WIS

174: Kokesh Mdec. Cousins 15-12 NEB

184: Robertson Dec. Dudley 15-15 WIS <---- Tossup IMO

197: McCall Dec. Barnes 18-15 WIS

285: Medberry Dec. Jensen 21-15 WIS

I think this dual will be razor thin and one upset somewhere in this dual will decide it.  Could very well end up being a tie and decided by criteria.  I feel very confident about WIS at 133, 165, 197, 285 in this dual.  JJ at 125 could pull an upset too, not enough sample size of him to form my opinion yet, he wrestled rodriguez tough. 184 will be the key matchup in this dual i think, Ricky is right there and he's slick, Dudley is a horse though so I'm very excited for this matchup.  Hope to see Lubeck back and full strength at 149.

I just think that whoever we put out there at 157 will do a good job of not getting stuck, Green isn't a huge pinner, but he is a beast.  Zeke is a pretty good pinner, and has pinning moves from defense too with his single-leg step over technique.  Wilson is not impressive at all to me, and i think Zeke will handle him, but yes you can still call it a homer pick. Just like you can label any pick a homer pick when matches aren't picked exactly to ranking.  Thats the point of predictions, lets hear yours.

Jag is mostly negative.  Very few positive posts on the Badgers.

boy you must not read many of them.... just though it was funny we would pin a ranked kid but out unranked would avoid a pin against #2, could happen but seems homerly optimistic. Is it negative to say we likely don't win 5 matches against their ranked wrestlers?

I think it is rare to see a top 15 or 20 wrestler get pinned.  I could see a major though at 165.

I bet 165 is a decision. Wilson is going to wrestle tough (always does), and will know how to avoid getting bonuse'd. Donar, on the other hand, will probably get majored or pinned. Kokesh by fall at 174, that dude just does not stop! I do no think Wisconsin has the horsepower needed to win this dual

21-14 Nebraska

If UW wins 1 toss up I have going to Neb then 18-17 for Nebraska... very hard for UW to win this dual, they will need to win more than 1 toss up and have a pin or tech.

If you had to pick a favorite at each weight, I think UW would be favored at:

133, 157, 184, 197, 285.  Nebraska would be favored at the other 5 weights.

I would give Robertson the slight edge at 184, since he beat Dudley this summer in Freestyle.  I know it is not folkstyle, but it does translate much better than Greco.

at 157 I know you made a mistake... so that is 6-4... so Bucky has to win 1 or 2 they are not favored in and not give up more than 4 at 125, 157 or 174... people can call me negative all they want, I'm realistic and this dual is favored towards Nebraska by at least 3-4 points but Bucky can win if they really come to wrestle.
