Final RTC Athlete Announcement

Welcome Jared Scharenbrock!

We want to welcome Jared Scharenbrock to the Badger Regional Training Center! Jared is our last athlete announcement and another Wisconsin native! Jared grew up in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Jared was unable to compete this last season for the Badgers so he held the role of student coach. Jared has been and will continue to be a huge asset to our program. Scharenbrock is the ultimate utility man doing whatever is asked of him, while helping any size wrestler on the wrestling mat. Off the mat, Jared has started a custom wrestling shoe design company called JS Customs.

While competing, Jared has accomplished:

5 year team member (1 not competing)
27 wins
Academic All-Big 10
Student Coach in 2018-19 season

We are excited to have Jared staying around the program!

Can you fill us in on which of the wrestlers are now at the BRTC for pursuing their dreams of being an Olympic or World competitor, Or are here just to be in the room for practice partners for the others?
