Went 3-2 at the Michigan State Open (11/9), with a fall in 1:38 against Matt Irick (Indiana) and a major decision versus Dylan Zivic (Lake Erie) ... Beat Buffalo's Tyler Rill, 6-3, at the New York State Championships (11/24) ... Finished as the runner-up at Midlands (12/30), the highest finish for a Lion ever ... Won first five bouts at Midlands, highlighted by a 9-0 major decision over John Nething (S. Dakota St.) and a pin of Andre Petroski (Kutztown) ... Victorious in the first 13 matches of the 2014 calendar year, posting a 5-0 mark in the Ivy League along the way ...
