I watched this episode with the Mark Schultz interview that happened within the last week. It takes Mark a little bit get warmed up, but once he gets warmed up his stories are absolutely fascinating. Many stories about his brother Dave and other perspectives. It just reinforces that people who achieve greatness look at the world differently.

One particular perspective was when he tells about making the transition from athlete to coach. He talks about all of the failures, sacrifices, trial and error, and then as a coach he was expected to just give away what took him years to learn on his own.
