A great coach.  My son had the privilege to attend his NE club prior to our move to SE WI.  The program costs practically nothing for the kids ($30) and provided some of the best training available in the state.  Every year after training with NE my kid improved his wrestling tremendously.  He never cared what school a wrestler represented, welcomed all wrestlers, and showed no favoritism.  He trained kids for the love of the sport, not personal financial gain.
