Wrong Form given out for WWF Kids State Patches and Jackets Saturday

To all Qualifiers to the WWF Kids State Tournament this coming weekend. In your packet you received at the Qualifier there is a Patch and Jacket form and it is from 2015 by mistake. At some of the Qualifiers they might have given you an extra piece of paperwork that gives you an online option to order your Patches and Jackets please use that link and here it is for those that did not get it. https://wwfstatejackets.itemorder.com/

Please do not mail the 2015 form in as we are using a different company this year. If you have already we have a plan in place to retrieve those forms and payments, you will need to write a new check out when you pick up your order though.
Please get the word out to other club members and people you know so we can reduce the impact of this mistake.

Funny this get brought up.

Can you still get patches from 2015. Had that question from a parent yesterday. Must have lost it or something.

Spoke with the New Vendor and They are in the process of making a Hundred or so patches of each of the past years.  Sounds like they will be available on the site.
