Princeton is no easy match this year.  They have turned the corner a bit and have a very solid team.  Rutgers is starting to look good.

What are the chances the Badgers get the win against Rutgers? I was way more confident a couple weeks ago. I'm starting to get a little wobbly. This would be a nice win for the Badgers.

Should be tight. I would expect a 6-4 (either way) or 5-5 match. Rutgers favored at 41, 57, 97, and Hwt. UW favored at 33, 65, and 74. Toss ups at 25, 49, and 84. Might need JJ, AC, and RC to come up with wins. Certainly capable.

I think Rutgers will take 7 or 8 of 10 with bonus points at 2 weights.

125 Rut 3-0 WI could win
133 WI 4-3 good match but I think Taylor brings it
141 Rut 7-4
149 tie 7-7 Crone starts to make a statement?
157 Rut 11-7
165 Rut 11-10 best match
174 Rut 14-10 might change if it's RR
184 Rut 17-10 WI could win
197 Rut 20-10
HWT Rut 23-10

If RR wrestles and WI wins the could win matches the Badgers will win

Pritzlaff wants to show the semi-retired Barry who the real man is.
Rutgers wins the upper weights to kill any chance for a Badger win.

I have it about exactly the same. I assume both teams at full strength wrestling their best this is the outcome except 174 I would give slight edge to RR making final score 20-13... I don't see any scenario that makes it any closer.

Scouting Wisconsin
• Wisconsin is 1-5 in dual competition entering Friday's match. Though below .500, all five UW losses have come against opponents ranked in the top-20 of the most recent USA Today/NWCA Coaches Poll, including No. 1 Penn State and No. 2 Iowa. The Badgers seek their first Big Ten win of the year against Rutgers.

Wisconsin placed 17th at the 2015 NCAA Championships in St. Louis and has three NCAA qualifiers and two-All-Americans back from that squad. Isaac Jordan has secured All-America honors in each of the last two seasons, while Ryan Taylor reached the national podium last March. Rickey Robertson qualified for the 2015 NCAA Championships.
Taylor is ranked No. 7 at 133 pounds and Jordan is ranked No. 3 at 165 pounds in the latest Intermat rankings.
Series vs. Wisconsin
• Rutgers is 0-2 all-time against Wisconsin. The No. 21 Scarlet Knights had momentum for much of last year's match at UW Field House, but three-straight Wisconsin wins to close the dual tied things at 18-18 and gave the No. 18 Badgers a 19-18 win by criterion 3.15.3. Scoring wins for RU in the dual were Hayden Hrymack over No. 9 Timmy McCall (W-D, 6-5) at 197, Sean McCabe over Johnny Jimenez (W-D, 2-1) at 125, Anthony Ashnault over Jesse Thielke (W-MD, 11-2) at 141, Ken Theobold over Rylan Lubeck (W-MD, 8-0) at 149, and Anthony Perrotti over Jarod Donor (W-MD, 12-4) at 157.
Rutgers  vs. Wisconsin
133 - No. 17 Giraldo (RU) vs. No. 7 Taylor (UW)
165 - No. 8 Perrotti (RU) vs. No. 3 Jordan (UW)

Rutgers  vs. Michigan
133 - No. 17 Giraldo (RU) vs. No. 16 Bruno (UM)
157 - No. 17 Lewis (RU) vs. No. 9 Murphy (UM)
184 - No. 20 Gravina (RU) vs. No. 4 Abounader (UM)
HWT - No. 13 Smith (RU) vs. No. 4 Coon (UM)
Rutgers Rematch - Wisconsin
• The last time Anthony Perrotti and Isaac Jordan met, they were fighting for seventh place at the 2014 NCAA Championships. Jordan prevailed, 2-0, in the match. Jordan escaped in the second period and rode Perrotti out in the third period to secure riding time and the close win.
Rutgers Rematch - Michigan
• Sean McCabe gets another crack at Conor Youtsey after dropping a close one, 2-1, at last year's Big Ten Championships.
