Would the 24-25 Badgers beat the 24-25 Parkside team?

Using the wrestlestat ranking is a little misleading.
Badgers have a lot of young guys in the lineup while Parkside is full of veterans.
I don't know how the individual matchups go but I think the young badgers will fare better than some of the predictions.

125 Rivera SOPH (#51) vs Corrigan JR (#4)
133 Fugitt RFR (#50) vs Chi SR (#6)
141 Bobzien RFR (#188) vs Henschel SR (#7)
149 Sheen SO (#133) vs Spuhler SR (#3)
157 Mechler JR (#123) vs Durocher SR (#7)
165 Anderson JR (#76) vs Schuh JR (#13)
174 Condon RFR (#146) vs Hemauer JR (#3)
184 Russo RFR (#158) vs Worachek SR (#3)
197 Endene JR (#155) vs Stegall SR (#15)
285 Rosenfeld SO (#80) vs Reynolds SR (#21)

As long as we are keeping score, I've got something to prove

How about a Round Robin with LAX, Parkside and UW the day after the DI, DII, DIII duals in LAX.  Give em all 5lbs and lets roll.

Why not just have the round robin instead of the Division duals?  I think this is a great idea.

Some of the older posters will remember the time (I can't even remember which decade - I suspect early in the 1990s) when the UW would dual LAX at the beginning of the season...till LAX actually won once. That tradition was relatively quickly scuttled because the UW really had nothing to gain by beating a DIII team and everything to lose. It was a low point for Davis.
Merely having an opinion doesn't necessarily make it a good one

We dropped out of the Wisconsin Showcase last year.  What makes you guys think this would ever happen.  In Bono's mind there is no upside.  If you win you were suppose to win, and if you lose omg!

Purdue, Northern Illinois and UIndy (DII) did this last year - Boiler maker Duals

Whitewater also had a dual with the Badgers back in 1985.

I like the direction Parkside is going. They are getting after it!
