By the time the 4th period rolled around, he was fake tugging on his socks, just to get an extra second of air. He was capital D Done.

I agree. I am kinda surprised Bono didn't challenge that escape call at the end of the second. But it would have given the kid a rest. So probably good he didn't.

Badgers website says #15 and Flowrestling has him at #13. Don't see where you are getting a 10 from.

On the broadcast they had Hilger at 13 and UV kid at 10.
