Any particular reason?  106 looks like the more competitive bracket.  Although unsure if Kasey is back(or will be) I guess and nice not to continuously make 106.

Grzybowski only made 106 so Coleman could fill more weights on the team. Kasey has a injury that has put him out so there's no sense in cutting the weight. Feels better at 113. Stronger, faster, and happier at 113. So if your looking for a reason I guess that's it.

It was mentioned by their coach at an event in early December that a few of his good senior kids had not been at practice yet and were talking about not coming out again this year.  It looks like there are still a few seniors from NB who haven't tested yet and Belongia would certainly fit the profile.
