Todays training is just going to involve a mental block that I have to over come for the big time of the year.

I finished second (the first loser) in the curd eating competition this past summer. I dont take that lightly and that person that beat me was half my size!

So I am going to stop at the curd place on my way to regionals and I have about 1 1/4 mile from the curd store to the gym. My goal is to drive and down a pound of curds in that time frame.

I have done that before but since I lost last summer I have been doubting myself so I need to get that block out of my head.

I will train some neck work today, just dont know what.
