Watched the World Championships in this once a few years ago.
Scoring is simple and easy to understand.
It is worth a try.

Interesting.  Hadn't previously heard of this.  Any history of it in Wisconsin?

Ellsworth held a beach tournament for several years in conjunction with the cheese curd town festival. Loads of fun. Great competition .had about 100 participants first few years. Ages 14 to 52.participants could buy a 1 day USA card for insurance protection. Chamber of commerce moved festival to a different location and there wasn't enough room to continue it.

Some event was held at the lake front in Milwaukee a number of years ago. Either at Doctors Park or Summerfest grounds. Anyone remember?

The UW-Milwaukee Panther College Club ran this tournament.  I believe if I remember correctly that Gabriel Wahhab had organized or ran this tournament.  I was going to compete in it at the time, but had a family conflict come up that Saturday.  Would have been fun to try at least!
