Would this mean they take wrestling back out and put baseball, softball in?  Hope not and that they could just add both back in.

I doubt that allowing these sports back in would involve dropping another.  I think the IOC accomplished what they wanted by bullying wrestling into making several changes.  That is now going to be the blueprint for micromanaging other sports, IMO.
