Haven't been on here much for the past several months, so I just noticed this post.  Great news!  Every piece of the puzzle helps, so this progress is exciting.  My best childhood friend passed away from ALS nearly 2 decades ago.  He voluntarily took experimental treatments, hoping that it would ultimately benefit others, if not him.  If this news has reached Heaven, I'm confident that it made him smile.

we did a ice bucket challenge for street glide a few years ago...he is still hanging in there following wrestling like crazy...he is not able to type or he would be on forum....hes still got his sense of humor...my last visit he told me he kicked hospices butt as they have been helping him for 2 years/..
