BWC Duals and K-6 tourney at Waunakee - Jan 5

We are excited to be hosting the Badger Wrestling Club Duals and K-6 tourney again this year at Waunakee high school on January 5th. 

We still have room in the K-6 tourney (birth years 2001-2009) but don't wait until the last minute as we expect registration to fill up.  All kids will wrestle on 26' circles- no quarter or half mats!

The Badger wrestlers will be working the tables and reffing the matches.  Come compete and meet some of your favorite Badger wrestlers!

Cost : $200 per team, 12 teams total
Ages: Grades 5-8
Awards: Team Trophy for 1st Place
USA Wrestling Card Required for all wrestlers

Weight Classes
70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 132, 140, 140+ (20# max differential)
- Wisconsin High School Rules will be used
- Each team will wrestle 4-5 duals
- 20 Wrestlers per team (15 weight classes plus 5 alternates)
- Will wrestle exhibition matches for alternates when available
- Wrestler can wrestle up 1 weight class max
- Match length: 1.5 minute periods, Overtime same as high school
- 3 Coaches max per team allowed matside
- Open to first 12 teams to register
