Does anyone have a list and weights of the young men who will be representing Team Wisconsin at duals in Indy?

At the WWF state Roman Greco/Freestyle tournament I asked how the second team was picked, I was told it was only open to first year schoolboys but I see there are second year schoolboys on the team.  So does anyone know how the team is picked?

My guess is if they couldn't fill it with a first year school boy then they filled with second year school boy.  These selections processes seem to always be a big secret....and I see no reason why.
