Old Timer Tourneys

I am thinking about digging my ol' wrestling shoes out of the closet and lacing them up again this spring. Does anyone know where and when the Old Timer tourneys will be? Thanks.

Mishicot High School; 660 Washington Street, Mishicot, Wisconsin
6th-12th Grade and Old Timers Takedown Tournament
Weigh-Ins 4:30-5:45 pm, Wrestling to Start at 6:00 pm or when bracketing is complete
$10.00 Fee paid at time of weigh-in
Divisions: 6th-8th grade, High School, Old Timers
6th-8th and High School separated by age, weight, and experience when possible.
Old Timers separated by Age and Weight. Old-Timers use high school rules.
4-5 Man Round Robin, 4 Minute Continuous Clock for 6th-12th grade.
Regular Takedown 1 point and Takedown directly to back will be 3 points.
Old Timers wrestle a normal folkstyle with 3, 1 minute periods . 1st Neutral, 2nd and 3rd referees position
Snacks and Drinks available for purchase. Showers and Locker Rooms are Available

Thanks. Does anyone know when the Purple Pummel is and will they be having the Open tournament again? Also, are there any tournaments in the Greater Madison area?

Middleton usually runs an old timers tourney as well.

Middleton's is the only one in Dane County. Pecatonica use to have a great one for many years. They have talked about getting it back. Southwest Wisconsin really needs a couple of them as there are many who want to get back on the mat again. I was one of the lucky one's to have been able to wrestle (some will question that term with what i did) when we had a lot of Old Timer/Veterans Tournaments to go to.
