Wow! Super cool that Austin is going. I do not recall ever watching a freestyle match of his but obviously his style should make for exciting FS matches. He is registered at 70kg in a massive bracket with a lot of intriguing matchups.
Can't wait to see him. Austin Gomez is sofun to watch.
Joey is listed on his entry as Rhino Wrestling LLC, Wisconsin. Anybody know what that is?
I believe that is a NJ wrestling club that he grew up in.
Makes sense thanks. Wonder why he is not listed as Wisconsin RTC. Maybe Rhino is paying his entry fee or he has an NIL deal with them.
Erin Golston wins the US Open at 50KG, Ronna Gross takes 2nd at 55KG.
need to get Brett Back down to WRTC!
Will we see anyone on our roster try for a junior world team spot next month? I'd imagine Amos is too old but Hamiti might still be a junior. Him and Facundo (PSU) would be a great rematch from last year's trials. I believe he lost a close match where he was behind facundo but could not break his quad pod.
Anyone know if hamiti would qualify as u20?
I would think so, but am not certain.
