I have three pounds of ground beef thawing for tonight.  Don't really want to make burgers or meatloaf....  Suggestions?

If you'd like to make the original ground beef taco, line a large caste iron skillet (or stainless skillet) with onion, put ground beef right on top, the fat from the beef will make the onions and beef cook simultaneously. Near the end, add some lime and yucateco hot sauce to taste. Warm tortillas and U GOOD!
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong.

Just make sure ya got some crunchies (lettuce, onions, green onions, radishes work really). Maybe a bit of cheese.

Without having some of the stuff I kinda varied it a bit...  I started with the onions and beef, but instead added teriyaki, garlic and sesame seeds and made Asian lettuce wraps out of them.   It was real good.  Thanks for the starting point though.

Thank you for the variation idea. Sesame seeds are way underrated in cooking, as is Chinese hot mustard.
