Short ribs have so much fat you gotta drain 'em three times(I find this true with raccoon, to).

Beef marrow is delish (lamb is even better). I don't know if I'd even dig that pressed duck if i tried it. Sumfin tells me I'd love it or hate it.

Wonder if a grape press would work; I actually own one of those.

There is something magical about beef ribs. Dang that's rich!!!!!

I have to ref tonight, so it's tuna salad for me. Woohoo.

Never tried lamb ribs but now I have too if G is saying they are good I know they must be.

I slow cook those ribs on my pellet grill let the fat drip on the pan. It really something if you use the crock pot so I try and avoid that but on occasion time is of the essence.
