Salt crusted pork loin

I tried this recipe a couple of weeks ago, and it turned out great. Instead of putting it in the oven I put it on the grill with indirect heat.

Was just in Iowa last weekend and the wedding I went to served something pretty close to this (I helped make it). Real good!
