Does anyone know when the brackets will be released?

Friday afternoon.   Coaches meeting closed room brawls = final brackets.

I hope Barry doesn't throw his hip out!

Yikes, how many total surgeries you think in that room of 14 head coaches - ears don't count.  Thought I read J Rob at 30 plus?

How do they determine who gets the bye?  Looking at Crone's bracket (149), why did Tsirtsis get the bye instead of Retherford who is seeded 1st?  Looking through all the brackets, i can't figure out the logic.

Guessing byes are drawn in.

From what I've heard, all unseeded wrestlers and byes are randomly drawn into the bracket

Has Ryan Taylor ever been 5-7 in his life?  It is bizarre seeing his record in track.  I hope he wrestles with a chip on his shoulder.

I could see...
JJ 6th
RT 5th or higher (does not a good draw)
GG 12th
AC 6th or higher
TR 12th
IJ 1st
RR 7th (early in the season would have called for 3rd or higher)
RC 6th
ER 13th
BH 11th (tough draw)

would be in NCAA I would be ok with 6 from the line up we have this year.

I don't see that as a problem for RT. He could be anywhere from 1st to 6th with the draw he has.

That's a lousy draw.  That guy could be pretty decent and nobody would know it.

Taylor's season record is 5-4 according to uwbadgers.com - it's a typo on the bracket

125 not the best draw 7-8 has a tough match to get that far on the backside
133 1-8 who knows?  Tough bracket if he loses to Conaway will have JDJ to get to consi semis
141 wins a match
149 6th
157 the bye hurts
165 1st
174 5-8
184 8th
197 bye hurts
285 could get 1 or 2 wins

Well, if the first two matches are any indication, the Badgers came to wrestle  ;)  I would love to see Jimenez and Taylor make some noise.
