The Beast Cage in Wisconsin Rapids will be running a Turkey Day Burn competition camp on November 29th for anyone interested in burning off their Thanksgiving meal and learning some technique.  This camp is open to any wrestler from any community and will consist of 1 hour of technique from the top position and 1 hour of live wrestling.  There will be two separate sessions based on age group.  The first session will be for wrestlers from Kindergarten to 5th Grade and will run from 10:00 a.m. to Noon.  The second session will be for wrestlers from 6th Grade to High School and will run from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The cost of this competition camp is $20 and you can register using the following link:

Our facility has a nice waiting area for parents where we will be serving concessions through the day and you can watch the camp on a big screen TV.

The week of Thanksgiving is here, and with it comes the first annual Turkey Day Burn competition camp on Friday at the Beast Cage in Wisconsin Rapids.  All wrestlers from all communities are welcome to join us to learn some wrestling, burn off their Turkey Day meal, and get a workout in over the holiday weekend.  Wrestlers will learn some technique from the top position with a focus on learning through live situational competition.  Parents can wait in our lounge, watch the wrestling on a big screen TV, and enjoy some food from our "Beastro".  The Kindergarten through 5th grade session is from 10:00 a.m. to Noon and the 6th through High School session is from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.  You can register online using the following link:

Anyone out there who eats too much today is welcome to come burn it off tomorrow at The Beast Cage - Turkey Day Burn.  Onsite registration is welcome and any family with more than two wrestlers will only pay for the first two.  We will be serving Chicken Alfredo or Spaghetti and Meatballs in the Beastro Lounge for anyone who gets hungry while waiting.  The K-5th grade session is from 10-noon and 6th-HS is from 1-3pm.  Registration is available using the following link:
