On the 7% subject. Why are some names in red?

I believe those are names with Parents permissions attached

The kids in red are allowed to drop to the lower weight class at 5% with parental permission.  Without, they must stay at the 7% weight class.

Red means negative ... those in red can't wrestle in that weight class and must move up.
